  • Prepare the watermelon: Cut it into 1-inch cubes, making it easier to blend into the drink.
  • To make the boba pearls, Follow the instructions on the boba package. Boil the pearls in water over high heat until they reach the perfect chewiness. Once cooked, strain the pearls and let them cool in syrup(or a little watermelon juice) for extra flavor. Set aside.
  • Blend: In a blender, mix the watermelon cubes, water, and coconut sugar until smooth.
  • Combine the ingredients: Add ice cubes to the bottom of a glass. Layer the cooked, chilled boba pearls on top of the ice. Last, pour in the watermelon mixture.
  • Garnish and serve: Garnish the drink with watermelon wedges. (optional) Serve with boba straws wide enough for the pearls. Enjoy!
