Equipment

Instructions

  • Melt the Candy Melts: Place the candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat them on defrost mode for 2 minutes, then give them a good stir. Continue heating in 2-minute intervals, stirring in between, until mostly melted. Finish with 1 more minute on defrost and stir until smooth and glossy.
  • Prep the Strawberries: Make sure your strawberries are clean and completely dry. Insert a skewer into the top of each strawberry for easy dipping.
  • Dip the Strawberries in Chocolate: Hold the skewer and dip each strawberry into the melted candy coating. Gently swirl to coat evenly, then lift it out and let any excess chocolate drip off.
  • Add Sprinkles: While the coating is still wet, roll or sprinkle your favorite toppings over the strawberry for a fun, decorative finish.
  • Let Them Set: Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray. Let them sit at room temperature (or chill briefly in the fridge) until the coating is fully set.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Once the chocolate has hardened, your chocolate-covered strawberries are ready to serve. Perfect for parties, holidays, or a sweet treat anytime!
