Pan-Fried King Oyster Mushrooms
These mushrooms have a hearty taste and meaty texture that can stand up to any protein or vegetable.

Ingredients
4
king oyster mushrooms
2
tablespoons
cooking oil
kosher salt and pepper to taste
green onions
sliced (for garnish, optional)
red chili
sliced (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
Heat cooking oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat, and add the mushrooms slices, making sure you do not crowd the pan.
Toss them in a sizzling hot pan with oil. Stir fry for about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
Season mushrooms with kosher salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to a warmed serving dish and serve.
Sprinkle with green onion and red chili slices, enjoy!
Notes
Store king oyster mushrooms tightly wrapped in plastic wrap or cling film, until ready to use to prevent them from drying out. Do not refrigerate.
