Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh chopped pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup milk any type of your preferred milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • honey or maple syrup or any sweeteners to taste, optional

Instructions

  • Prepare your ingredients: Gather all the ingredients. If using fresh fruits, wash and cut them into chunks. If using frozen fruit, there's no need to thaw.
  • Blend: In a high-speed blender, combine the blueberries, pineapple chunks, Greek yogurt, kale, and milk. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add honey or maple syrup.
  • Adjust consistency: Blend until smooth. For a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more milk.
  • Serve: Pour your blueberry pineapple smoothie into a glass. For an extra touch, garnish with a few fresh blueberries or a pineapple slice. Enjoy!
