Poke some random holes in the chicken drumsticks with a fork, be careful not to poke your hand.
Combine all the sauces in a large bowl and mix well. Add the drumsticks to the sauce mixture ensuring each drumstick is coated with sauce. Add drumsticks and sauce into a zip-lock bag and let them soak for at least 20 minutes. Lay the bag flat to make sure all the drumsticks soak evenly.
Set the air fryer to 380°F. Arrange the drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, do not stack the drumsticks.
Cook the drumsticks in the air fryer for 7 minutes or until golden brown in color.
Turn the drumsticks over and cook for additional 7 minutes. Add another 5 minutes if the drumsticks are not thoroughly cooked.
Turn off the air fryer and remove the drumsticks.
Garnish with cilantro and lemon pieces. (optional)
