Instructions

  • Preheat Your Air Fryer: Start by preheating your air fryer to 350°F. This ensures your Brussels sprouts will cook evenly.
  • While the air fryer is heating up, take your frozen Brussels sprouts and place them in a medium mixing bowl. Drizzle a bit of vegetable oil over them, add salt, black pepper, light brown sugar, and a pinch of light soy sauce. Toss everything together to coat the sprouts evenly.
  • Once your Brussels sprouts are seasoned, it's time to load up the air fryer basket. Make sure they are in a single layer for the best texture. If you have a lot of sprouts, you may need to cook them in batches.
  • Cook your frozen Brussels sprouts in the air fryer for 6 minutes, shaking the basket for even cooking. Then, continue to air fry for an additional 10 minutes at 400°F. Done! Add two more minutes of cook time if you prefer a crispy side like me. Keep a close eye on them to achieve those crispy edges without burning.
  • Garnish them with some roasted sesame seeds if you want. Serve and enjoy!
