On a portable electric burner, place a wide, shallow pot of boiling soup base or stock in the center of the table. Line up all the ingredients around the hot pot.
Mix the dipping sauce and divide them into everyone’s bowls.
Turn on the heat. Once the broth starts to boil, add in your favorite ingredients, and cook! Turn the ingredients around and make sure they are cooked on both sides. Add extra broth or water if the water starts to boil down.
Serving with dipping sauce and enjoy!
