Hi, Jack, thank you for stopping by! I believe sulfites are found naturally in most types of tofu, even the organic tofu, most of them still contain less than 2% of sulfites. Sulfites are safe for most people. If you are sensitive about sulfites, I would read the ingredients list of the product very carefully to avoid sulfates related reactions.
